Hi Jim

I agree. So often it's business people who act counter intuitively who win.

The market says, sell and smart investors are buying.

The market say cut marketing. Smart practitioners work out which of their marketing initiatives are punching their weight and expand them.

I'm not a dentist but I've invested 20 years of my career consulting to professional practitioners (lawyers, accountants, chiropractors...) and in every economic downturn, I've observes that the most successful practitioners behave counter intuitively.

Further, in the 21st century, done correctly, it's hard to beat a practice website for ROI.
