I took my daughter there 2 1/2 years ago, as it is advertised as "family" dentistry. She has never been to a dentist before, and she began to scream. The dentist literally covered her mouth, and in less than 30 seconds, we were actually asked TO LEAVE. The dentist told us that the head dentist there, DID NOT LIKE WHEN KIDS SCREAMED and that we would have to leave. I have three children, and have never experienced anything like this, and would NEVER recommend this group. Judging from their 10,000 sf new facility, they have their priorities very backwards. We have since, found a fabulous dentist in Great Barrington, MA, and have never looked back. * L I just want to comment on this dental practice.
