Dr. Banner was born in Manhattan and grew up on Long Island. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Stony Brook and received his DDS from Baltimore College of Dentistry. Following this, he completed his General Practice Residency at Queens Hospital Center, Queens, NY.
He began practice in the Albany area in 1974 and has been serving the Capital District since then. His practice concentrates on Cosmetic Dentistry and Orthodontics. He has a Certificate in Orthodontics from the Institute for Graduate Dentistry in New York City. He has been doing Orthodontics for children and adults since the early 1980′s. He also combines the areas of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction and Sleep Disorders into this.
