Dental Management Company Pays $24M Settlement

I just got done watching my DVR recording of the Small Smiles dental “clinics” piece, and I am so level 10 angry at these “clinicians”. I believe the District Attorneys Office should consider prosecuting these people for the child abuse. My primary concern is not money so the 24 million settlement is not really impressive. What I think these evil humans deserve? What any child abuser deserves true punishment for their crime.
The children are the witnesses, and the previous employees also admit to the torture. The real icing on the cake was not the ruined smiles, the screaming children strapped down, nor permenant pain they will suffer from being victimized by these “trusted helpers” and their abuse. The thing that really sent me over the edge with rage at what has happened, was the viewing of the meeting the staff had prior to the start of the day. I am so horrified to hear the man speak of sales numbers and pulling their numbers up to compete with the company stats better. The meeting was a sales meeting…but they are clinicians. Wow, America needs to be outraged!!!
They deserve child abuse charges and the DDS Derose (I think was the name given) who sold the company 3 years ago should be the prime target of investigation. He is the evil plotter who devised this child abuse scam. To prey on the volnerable and needy is dispicable. I hope he looses his Colorado beastly mansion by having to sell it to pay the victims back personally.
I think any clinical practioner who was involved with this should step forward and provide the whole truth. Not just this tip of the ice burg.
