At our dental practise we use patientReminder (patientreminder.eu) which greatly helped us to reduce patient no shows and late arrivals. It automatically sends SMS reminder to patient eg. 2 days before an appointment to remind them date and time. We use it also for prophylaxis recalls. Furthermore it is a great service for patients, they like it a lot.
