Pending Dental Lab Legislation
The current lead scare has put a spotlight on dental labs, especially foreign
ones. A number of US states are now considering legislation that would require
disclosure (either from dental labs to dentists, or from dentists to patients)
if a dental prosthesis was manufactured outside of the country.

Survey Results: Do You Consider Marketing Part of Your Job?
Most Dentists See Marketing as a "Necessary Evil"
When we asked dentists if marketing is part of their job as a dentist, we heard
a lot of grumbles about what a pain dental practice marketing can be.
Nonetheless, 95% of respondents acknowledge that they won't get to practice dentistry if
they can't run a

Customers Rate Restaurants Online - And Dentists, Too
Consumer Referral Websites Increasingly Important for Dentists
Just yesterday my dentist told me how he's got five stars on Yelp.com, a
consumer referral website that lets users rate and review businesses. Angie's List, a similar site,
just added categories for dentists and other doctors.
