We've
all been dismayed by the reports of toxic products coming out of China... Well,
prepare for a scandal that will rock your dental practice. Reports are surfacing
of crowns produced by Chinese dental labs that have sickeningly high levels of
lead. One crown ordered by an investigative news team
contained 210 ppm.

Survey Results: Patient Retention Marketing
Do You Market Your Practice to Your Existing Patients?
We asked if you do a regular mailing to their patient
base - and you were split right down the middle! While 51% of dentists don't
bother, 49% think it pays to keep in touch. Fully 90%
of dentists send out appointment reminders. "The best advertising is
treating the patient as a guest in the office," said one respondent.
